Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Problem
Asking For Self, Female, 25 Years old, karachi
I m married and I do not have irregular periods . This time my period has come within 30 days of my cycle but period is low in flow , first 1 day only spotting then 2nd day I had light - medium flow 3rd day again very light flow and 4th day spotting . I have checked pregnancy but it is negative . Please let me know what should I do , it’s my 4th day of period

I think if this irregularity is first episode , better to ignore it .
since uve mentioned that u r not trying to conceive and only worried about periods flow so first of all use reliable method of contraception, condoms are just good to prevent infections, secondly as long as your periods r on regular intervals u need not to worry on flow unless u have any other symptom....dear I suggest u to have proper consultation detail examination n history required.u can visit my clinic at mentioned time n days thanks
