My menstual cycle starts from spotting which continues for 3 to7 days and in these 3 to 7 days my head remains heavy and pains a lot along with much legas and back pain .It restricts all my normal activity including study .After spotting it starts much heavy bleeding... plzzzz tell me how my periods can start from normal flow from first day .I visited dr . several times mu usg is clear .Any solution plz.
