Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Twice In A Month

I had my periods on expected date. It went for 4-5 days and then stopped. After 5 days I started bleeding heavily again. Today is my second day. Want to ask if it's normal? Brief history: I'm married, not trying for pregnancy at the moment. During the last month, I traveled alot and had second dose of vaccine.
