Detailed history needed and want to suggest u few solutions and medications. My dear book online consultation at v.low fees through marham app/ helpline for proper discussion and treatment
avoid excessive excerice, weight lifting, constipation
she can walk normally after meal for 10 min
repeat ultrasound at 28 wks it will migrate InshaALLAH
w.salam...avoid strenous work n lifting weights...its normal to have low ling placenta at this age...it would recover with advancing pregnancy..
no my dear do not worry it's not low lying placenta it's well away and will move farther away with advancing pregnancy ...low lying is when placental edge is less than 20mm from os ...So chill ....can walk after lunch dinner no issues...over exercise is to be avoided in any pregnancy.so good luck
woa,she can do routine work and walk _avoid any thing which developed lower abdominal discomfort or pressure .
ws
yes she can do routin activities
only avoid heavy mork and husbend
Don't worry !
An apple a day keeps the doctor away, but if the doctor is cute, forget the fruit.
