Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome

Question

I am PCOS patient. I have my periods regularly like after 20 or 25 days but i feel severe pain. And periods lasts only 3 days with thick dark red colour.
I want to ask if i am having pcos than i have fibroids too??

thanks for ur message...there is no link between fibroid and pic.. so u should have proper ultrasound for proper diagnosis first.
