Talk to Gynecologist on Possible Pregnancy

I didnt miss my periods but I did have light ones and im swelling in my abdominal area and legs really bad. I have 2 other children that when I was pregnant I had my period for the first couple months. also I had a tubal ligation done during my c-section with my 2nd son so I was not aware I could conceive again but i am not sure that my procedure was done correct cause my body functions alot different now.

also in the picture with the blood clot it looks to me like a fetus sticking out in my opinion but I flushed it before noticing that and now I hope its not
