When can I start gym and workout after c section I will be hitting 3 months PP and now i want to start my weight loss journey. Can I do strength training and cardio? My post Opt hb was 12.5 and I'm doing well. Sometimes I have little backache when I do extra work. I'm doing household chores and climbing stairs frequently
U can start ur gym and workout gradually increasing the timings of ur exercise . If u feel fine then move to stength training and cardio.

-Dear 3 months or 90 days already gone after Cesearean section, if u are healthy, having no symmptoms, doing well your daily chores then gradually start your weight loss journey.
-gradually if things goes well, no symmptoms then u can speed up Exercises gradually not suddenly.
-Maintain Diet Chart by help of Dietition. In case of breast feeding u will need Extra calories that need to be sorted out.
-gym instructor also can help u.
-don't over stress your body.
