Talk to Gynecologist on Post-Miscarriage

I had a miscarriage about 15 days ago when I was 6 weeks along. I didn't need a D&C and recovered quickly. Also I started feeling fine physically after a couple days. The bleeding had stopped too. I have just been having body aches, hot & cold flashes since a couple days now. I feel pressure and slight pain too in my lower abdomen. Also I've started feeling very weak suddenly. I keep running out of breath and it gets difficult to stand or even sit for more than a few minutes. My hemoglobin levels are fine. The diet is okay too, I just get nauseous even if I consume small portions. General discomfort is constant.
