it means that After Birth Is before Baby and down So this Pt cannot be delivered by Normal Delivery .
delivery Should be by CAesarean That is also a high Risk Surgery patient May need blood Tramsfusions .

if it's placenta praevia type 4 then she can't deliver via vaginally needs an abdominal delivery ..and she can also have bleeding if not careful.
