I had a csection 3.5 months ago and Ive been having foot, leg, arm, shoulder neck and back pain. It hurts when I go to sit or stand up. sometime pain get away itself n sometome severe. I was in good shape and healthy before being pregnant and throughout the pregnancy so I dont understand what this can be from. I m doing household chores,taking care of the baby with no anyone support. Noted. I was vitamin d deficient during pregnancy. n my baby is on breastfeed exclusively.

You need multivitamins .breast feeding mom and dealing alone with kid is tough So take any good multivitamin Calcium regularly and vitamin D
pain in neck and shoulders can be due to round shoulder posture during breastfeeding.
backpain can be cause of excessive workload and abdominal muscular weakness due to C-section.you need proper diet and consult physiotherapist so she can guide you better.thanks
