Talk to Gynecologist on Pragnancy

Assalamualaikum Dr im 3 month pragnant and faced so many complications wid this baby till now and have 3 miscarriages as well i want to ask that when ever i try to sleep i have fasten heart rate and couldn't sleep without sleeping tablet and when ever i m in rest position i start feeling vibration in me left arm i had done all my body test all are clear what condition is this im so much worried ?? And my placenta is also on posterior side and bleeding has also started
