In 2018 their is unknown man have sex with my brother after that he is OK but now 5 year ago he feel pain in is stomach and many other symptoms like a pragnent women so please tell me that their is a problem or not

I'm really very sorry to hear that ..dear its not possible for a man to get pregnant.secondly he might have some psychological issues for which he needs evaluation as far as local prob are concerned he might get haemorrhoids and various STDs .screen him for hepatitis C n HIV .
