u shud b taking 5-6 small meals a day wth 10-12 glasses of fluid-heavy meals might make u nauseous-u shud b hvg a bed side salty snack to start ur day wth-donot rush while gtg up-stabalise ur self-take time to avoid orthostatic hypotension-v common in 1st trimester-u shudnt b lifting heavy objects-even if u do once in a while then lift in divided packages-dont wear high heels-tht again can strain ur central axis-
ur food shud b hvg forty-forty five percent of carbohydrates ( wheat rice fruits etc) twenty five percent each fr lipids( butter ghee oil cream etc) proteins ( red meat fish beans chicken etc)-eat fish to gt iodine-good fr thyroid hormones regulation tht take active part in organogenesis of ur baby wch is taking place right now-red meat is also good as a source of amino acids required fr ur expanding needs in pregnancy and fr the growing baby as well-nuts r also v good-dates one or two ll help u raise ur hemoglobin-in short anda doodh gosht aur fruit shud b added to ur daily diet...

You can eat everything in moderation.Avoid soft cheese ,raw fish and bean sprouts .
No there is not such thing.always remember one rule whatever you eat don't eat too much because excess of everything is worse for health.
