Talk to Gynecologist on Precautions B4 Conceiving Again (after Having A Child With Heart Issue

my age is 35 .I am mother of 3 kids my two elder ones are girls nd then I was blessed with a boy who was born with the heart disease called(truncus arteriouses) we took step for his open heart surgery but he is no more now?...my question is if I want to convince again do I need any sort of precautions?? or medications?? as it's a cousin marriage case too..plz Dr I need your help

No. U don't need any precautions but after conceiving u need to do anomaly scan at 20 weeks

jxt start folic acid 5 mg if you are planing to conceive and continue it for 1st 3 months of pregnancy.
do fetal echo at 24 weeks of gestation..and do check your blood sugar levels.

Folic acid 5mg daily. Go for natural conception if no issue with conception. During pregnancy do have detailed anomaly scan and fetal ECHO at 20 to 24 weeks

you have to start Tab folic acid 5mg OD atleast 3 months before conceiving nd continues it for 3 months more after pregnancy .early booking baseline sugar test yours nd yours husband ... is there any family history of cardiac problem in your family?? husband wife get your checkup also echo ecg ... 20 yo 24 week anomaly scan from senior sonologist .... at 22 weeks baby echo in womb will be done ✔️
