I have had BP 120/70 before and after pregnancy till 20th week, aftaer that it start increasing from 140/80 to 170/110 in 8th month,and i lost my baby at the end date of 8th month and end up with c section.I was using 2 tab aldomet 3 times a day with Labetalol, still cant manage to regulate my BP,i had done all dietery precautions but all in vain,kindly guide me for further chekup? what should i do to avoid it as postpartum preeclampsia and in next pregnancy planing.

Hello , you have to get yourself checked from a gynaecologist from the beginning of your pregnancy and she would start few medications to avoid the risk in future pregnancy. Meanwhile try to lose weight , do proper exercise and maintain your BP record to rule out chronic hypertension.

you can use tablet adalat 10 mg twice a day if your BP,still raised you can use tablet adalet retard twice, a day.
you need certain test CBC
urine complete,
liver function test
Renal function test.
book an urgent appointment either online or physically consult with gynaecologist .
for next pregnancy you also need to book an appointment.
pre-eclampsia is always high risk pregnancy don't take it light
