Asalamualaikum , baby ki heart beat aa gai he kia?
Aoa. Aap Aik blood test karwa lain. Beta hcg. May need to repeat it after 48 hours as it doubles in 48 hours in a healthy pregnancy. TVS is good option after seeing the beta report. Sometimes we need to wait for 2 weeks before we can make a decision that pregnancy is not growing. Best of luck
