Better to get consultation. Duphaston is not appropriate in your case as it may cause enlargement of fibroid. Moreover you are not taking any pain killer . Better to add Panadol extend 1+1 and see the response .

do u have cervical cerclage,?
u r past pregnancies and medical history?
u need to go for check up,as ur pregnancy is having risk of pre term labour too...

Salam beta. Need a detailed history regarding pain. As this is high risk pregnancy. There can be pain of fibroid , miscariage or normal pain or infection. Plz book appointment at very less fees so can find out cause.
