My LMP date is 15 Feb, however as of today 20 april according to gestational date fetus should be 9 weeks. However Ultrasound shows 5 weeks 5 days. Therefore heartbeat unobserved. Plz explain why there is such a difference in gestational and US dates

There is always a difference margin of 2 weeks . Please Relax everything will be fine .
what was your normal menstrual cycle ? have you been living together through out the time ? any how better to repeat scan after 7 to 10 days .
causes of this difference ;may be ur periods was not regular,or may be when u were 5 weeks 5 days baby stopp growing...u need repeat scan in 2 weeks if u r fine...
repeat ultrasound after 2 weeks
you conceived late sometime egg release is delay you confirm it by beta hcg and repeat ultrasound after 2 wks for confirmation of growth and heart beat

Yes, fairly regular cycle. Only 2 or maybe 3 days up or down.
