Asalmo alikum Meray 6 months old betay ki 2 maheny pehlay death hoi hai. Koi kch khaas diagnose nai ker Saka. 3 hospitals me Raha woh teeno ne alag diagnoses diay. Akhr me nich me *burkh*kar k kch bacteria Kaa btaya k wo puri body me phel gaya
Mere pregnancy bht smooth gai th other than mjhe puray 9 months severe urine infection rha. Bacha 4 months tk active tha allhamdullilah.
Abb sawal ye hai k dosray baby k plan se pehlay kia hamy koi test karwany chaye. Kyunk hm bht dar gai hain abb. Kafi log kehtay hai shyd bachpan s issue tha Jo diagnose nai hwa bachy ka.

Salam beta. Im so sorry to hear this. I know this must be difficult for you and husband. Yes you are very right u should go proper test before planning for pregnancy to rule out any infection. And if u concieve you will have jigh risk pregnancy and multiple visits to doctor, plus i would like to see discharge card and reports of your baby and take your and husband detailed history to find out cause of it if related to pregnancy. Having urine infection in pregnancy is not good. U can book my appointment at very less fees, i will guide u in detail. Inshallah everything will be fine . Take care beta.

Mam where do you practice? I definitely want to visit you. Also do you allow husband's in your OPD? My husband is so much concern and he wants to know every detail.

Beta i dont do private practice. U can come to me at jpmc karachi without any cost. But unfortunately wont be able to talk to husband. U can take online appointment and send all labs and can discuss with you and husband.

walecum assalam.very sorry for ur precious loss.aap ne bilkul theek kaha keh new pregnancy Mai aapko start se complete check up karana hoga.husband bhi sath aasakte hain aese complicated cases main .we need to rule out the cause of ur infantile death by tking good hx and exam .and by checking the previous record. I didn't heard this name "burkh"better to see the discharge card .urine infection also not good I. pregnancy.good luck for future pregnancy
