my cycle is of 23 days. Now it has been 29 days. my last period was on 22nd may. its 20 june today. im getting nausea,excess hunger and tiredness. can i do strip test? will it give accurate result or should i wait for another week?

No, the urine strip test will not give you accurate result, since bhcg hormone is not very detectable at 4 weeks in urine, if you want to do a pregnancy test then get your BHCG (blood test) done it accurately diagnosis pregnancy even before period date is reached. if you want to do urine test, then wait 10 days post your period date then do Urine test.

better to wait 2 days .for confirmation bc if it's negative even than you have to wait
