Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy

I had a miscarriage in September 2022. 5 weeks ki pregnancy thi after trial of 3-4 months pregnancy happened naturally. RPOC ka ultrasound bilkul clear aya tha, osi mein ovaries waghera sab normal tha. Miscarriage ka reason unknown tha, doctor ne mera blood test karwaya and it turned out A+. Doctor advised me to try for another pregnancy after gap of 3 months. 3 months baad try kia and after that abhe tak pregnancy nahe hoi hai taking folic acid daily. Periods are Allhamdullilah normal. Jab unmarried thi tab ek baar prolactin increase hogaya tha ilaaj karwaya tha and it went back to normal Allhamdullilah. Ab main concieve karne ke liye kya karun? Please help. Konse tests karwaun doctor ko dikhane se pehley ? Or is there any medicine ?
