mera 5th week chal RHA hai or mai Abhi tk doctor kai pas nhi gai, yai mere 2nd pregnancy hai. Mai folic acid ki 5mg wali dose ly rhe hu should I continue this dose or convert to any mcg dose kindly guide..?
