first of all how many weeks u r pregnant ,keep a water bottle or lemonade ,and head should be covered , avoid direct exposure to sun and start taking tab folic acid ,once a day

actually I'm asking for future pregnancy my baby is now1year mashallah with Csection husband want 1more baby but I'm afraid bcoz my pregnancy was high risk due to bp so that's why I'm asking that should i think about or not bcoz my baby is premature and we were in so stress but now everything is fine thanks God

no need to worry about ,just start taking tab folic acid and healthy life style ,avoid stress too much caffeine in tea or coffee and few additional test r requirred once u got pregnant
