I'm a married woman who is trying to conceive for more than 2 years, for the first time I got conceived. On my 6th week ,I got antenatal scan ,it shows no heart beat, So my doctor told to have scan next week. On my 7th week ,scan shows no heartbeat and no growth after 6 th week.... Could anyone tell me what could be the reason for the cause. And what will happen In upcoming weeks Please
