Infection can occur during pregnancy but it has a special report which I look for esp dangerous one. Your report is clear. Actually during pregnancy cells are full of fluid and food to supply your baby. Sometimes they start leaking. But it is not abnormal. You can repeat your test monthly if you fear an infection. But today you just take iron and calcium for your baby.
