You did not tell place of delivery. It can be due to infection or harmonal changes. If you live in lahore you can take appointment for my clinic. Bleeding for forty days eve' if very small can totally drain your blood. You come imidiately and i will stop your bleeding there and then to save your life. You also need some tests such as USG pelvis and Hcg testing. If you send me reports, even then i need to check you and you will be ok InshaAllah.
