I am 31 weeks pregnant Alhamdulilah. My h.b is in normal range i.e 11.3. I am taking Cac1000 and Iron one tablets also meiji mamilac one time a day. I asked my gynea to recommend me some multi vitamin too so she asked me to take fefol vit. Now I want to ask that will there be any problem in taking fefol vit along with my other supplements as it also contain iron. Is there any danger of overdose?
during pregnancy only iron and calcium supplements are recommended.no need of extra supplements.over dosage of iron can cause problems.
It's better to take one good supplement tht fulfils the need of iron and vitamins plus calcium..take ibert folic 1 tab during meal and acc with other meal..
stop other supplementation and tk good healthy diet
No need to take extra iron if haemoglobin is ok
