Pregnancy After C-section And Within 3 Months

My wife is pregnant again after C-section. it's about only 3-4 months. And last delivery was also pre-mature it was 34 weeks. Now my question is, is it safe to carryout or not? now she is in 5-6 weeks pregnant.

Asalamualaikum, it is better to avoid pregnancy for 2 years after caesarean but if she gets pregnancy then care for it
