ur most fertile days if ur cycle is normal than are around 11 till 14. do sex on alternate days from 10 till 15.and take folic acid regularly

Periods are regular. Cycle is of 27 - 28 days. How can i know what are my most fertile days?

okay if you have a cycle of 28 days then ovulation occurs at day 14 of cycle, could be one or two days before or after, so your fertile days are day 12 - day 18 of your cycle (specially 14), (day 1 is considered 1st day of your cycle) one should do on alternate days during these time frame because once egg is released, its only viable for 24-48 hrs.
