Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Bloody Stool

I am 9 weeks pregnant. Mujhay koi constipation issue ni Aj subha i passed normal stool. After 3 hours mujhay dubara bowl movement hui mei washroom gai tau stool pass kia thora sa pressure se aur sath dekha tau bright red color ka blood aa ra tha. It was separate liquid not on stool. Bright red from anus. Mujhay bar bar us k baad stool pass kernay ki talab horae hai but mei control ker rae hun. Is this something to be concerned about?????? Mei ne apki doctor ko bataya tau kehti koi baat ni. Aur koi medicine ya tasali ni di. Please tell me k mujhay kiya kerna chahiye. Mei ne 2 din pehlay ultrasound karaya tha jo k MashaAllah bilkul normal tha
