Pregnancy Conceive

Question

Its been 5 months of our marriage and we are planing a baby but my wife is not conceiving. we both are in separate cities and meet on weekends only (2days). 
Need some advice or guidance to conceive. Should we go for some medical treatment or wait for some more time to conceive .

Living together increases the chances of conception but I think I should give some more time to it and wait.
