hi, my one fallopian tube has been removed 3 years back and according to Drs another was block. my cycle is 24 to 27 days and never missed my periods. however now 30 days has been passed but still no sign of periods. my last periods were on 23rd Feb and today is 25th march. kindly confirm can I be pregnant? can I check via pregnancy strip ?is it possible that my tube unblocked itself?

u missed period 3 days back..u can do pregnancy test next week for more reliability. blockage if due to some Sludge or fluid ,,sometimes its possible that u become pregnant...although It depends what kind of blockage it is?
