I've pregnancy test a month before doctor said its weak positive and doctor said to me you are pregnant .....but know month after I've got my periods on exact date.......know I'm confused why my pregnancy test came positive if I've got my periods on exact date...please guide me either my pregnancy test was wrong or its someother issue....and I'm also a diabetic patient for past 11 years......
May be it’s a biochemical pregnancy only in test positive and than miscarriage occurs spontaneously
it can be a miscarriage, you can get an ultrasound done to confirm

but I don't have any symptoms leading to Misscarraige (like pain in stomach or lower abdomen)........I've just bleeding with blood clots is this still a sign of Misscarraige ?

Have a pelvic ultrasound
chemical pregnancy may be..no need to do anything
