confirm your pregnancy by urine pregnancy test
take folicacid 5mg daily 1 tab
have good diet including fruits vegetables meat milk and beans
no fast food
no medication except panadol without doctor's advise
in ist 3 months you should have one visit to doctot and have dating scan
its ok if your baby will have blood group like his /her father than you need anto d with in 72 hours of delivery .
or god forbid you bleed during pregnancy even than anti d would be needed

I assume that pregnancy test is positive if not done do it ASAP if it is positive you should start taking folic acid 5mg daily check your Rh antibodies level at start of pregnancy see your doctor ASAP as she will ask for some more blood test and arrange for dating ultrasound

do urine pregnancy test at home and if positive visit gynaecologist and if negative wait for periods for next week.Nothing to worry bcz of blood groups .

Please get a home urine for pregnancy test done. And if your blood group is negative and your husband's blood group is positive then you will need an Inj.Anti-D 1500IU intramuscular stat dose at 28 weeks in this pregnancy and also another dose immediately after delivery (provided the baby blood group is also positive)
