AOA you did not mention how many weeks she is pregnant her fibroids are small size nothing to worry for that .she should not work hard and she should be resting no heavy work or lifting . The only danger is miscarriage so if she is resting that will prevent miscarriage about 70 percent if she is having pain lower abdomen she can have panadol one tablet daily I am here in Islamabad seeing patients in BeeWell hospital you can be consulted
