Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Issue

I'm 24 weeks pregnant. and from the last few days i have pain in ribs and can't sit easily. and at night specially my left leg and abdominal pain start.. when i use stairs my doc didn't give me any medicine. she ask to stay positive. any medicine to remove pain or it will remain for 40 weeks
