Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Or Not

I was having heavy bleeding for 2 weeks and doctor said that I'm pregnant after scan. He said that we should not wait and gave me cytotec 2 tablets every 2 hours. I went again after two days but didn't had any bleeding. I'm attaching my scans here. He recommend me to have cytotec for 1 more day but again didn't had any bleeding. But after few days I pass clots n had light bleeding for a day or two and it is continue from that time. I'm attaching my scans here and I want to know that can it still be possible that I can still be able to be pregnant after second scan. Can't go to doctor because of personal reason so asking here
