shadi ky 3 year baad first pregnancy hai 6 July ko period aye te us ky baad nahi aye test kia positive hai leki aaj gae tu gynecologist ny altrasound kia aur kaha heart beat show nahi horaha keh rahi ti 2 weeks baad phir check karyngy loprin 75mg Duphaston 10mg dy di 2 weeks kyleye kia 2 weeks baad possible hai ky heartbeat ajaye aur ye tablets tab tak use karo k nahi ya dusri gynecologist ky paas chali jao plz doctor mshwra dy
some times due to early pregnancy heart beat nai milti..isliay two weeks ka bad ap TVs Kara lain.
