my dear,kjndly avoid this habit as i m sure you must have very low Hb count and severe iron deficiency in your blood reports.
it is very bad for your and baby health. instead take nimko items if you have got severe craving for munching.
have some imli candies or chips as snacks instead of taking this chikni mitti .
at night make habit of have a glass full of milk with turmeric and moderate walk with deep breathing exercises in any time of the day till you got your labour pains.insha Allah you will get better
avoid mitti .. not good for u n ur baby stomach .. should take healthy n energetic things
