It’s better k ap rozay na rkhain. Q k diet sahi rkhna and proper pani peena zruri hai for good hydration. Is k sath folic acid continue rkhain till 12 weeks.

Pregnancy feel na krna isn’t the issue. Agr ap ka ultrasound thek hai and koi or problem jesay pain lower abdomen and back ya koi bleeding and discharge nahi hai to its fine.
