hello
good morning
congratulations for your pregnancy..its quiet common complain that women experience for that plz eat small portion of meal but frequent eating.
with regards to fetal movement we expect after 20 weeks of pregnancy kicking of baby inside your tummy
In terms of sleeping posture i will advise to sleep preferably on left side as it helps with blood circulation
i am sorry unable to understand your last concern

hope i have answered well....
continue taking your folic acid...
