Pregnancy Stitches Pain

Question

Hello dr. I am 21 weeks pregnant and had 1 c-section in 1 year ago.. I lost my baby due to preeclampsia and preterm delivery ..now in this pregnancy I'm having pain in my stitches.. dr prescribed me spasrid but it is not helping me in any way..please tell me is that normal...I am done with anomaly scan and Alhumdulilah baby is fine...

Your this pregnancy has how much interval from last you have  pain which area suprapubic or scar site take tablet paracetamol and Anafortin twice for 3to5days do urine analysis and scan to check cervical length as you have history of preterm delivery.

1 year gap between pregnancies and 3 months gap of miscarriage.. done with urine test which is alright and cervical length is too normal ..I'm having pain in scar of stitches but now that pain is transferred to upper part and sometimes also having it in pubic area
