Plzz chek TVS altrasound is there any yolk sac visible?? my Lmp 21 sep and I have 26 day cycle , UPT faint positive
at this time it's hard to see even a g sac , yolk sac can't be seen this early

You r not yet overdue and scan wont show yolk sac so early…Repeat scan after 1-2weeks.
