Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnant And Anemic

I am 6 weeks pregnant and my Hb level at 3rd week was 10.2

i have been prescribed ferrocite 500 by my gynaec but i feel Hb has dropped more. Now, my palms are pallor, my nails have lost pinkish tone. they r blue from root and white above. my lower conjunctiva has lost redness. i feel SOB on walking long distance or doing some exertion.

Should i take Sharbat e faulaaf of Hamdard along?

i have taken it before but not in pregnancy. it worked like miracle. is it safe in early pregnancy ??

is there anyother medicine or syrup that u would prescribe??
