by 18-20 weeks the sex is almost clear
but if the position of baby is flexed it's not seen clearly
so u can confirm it wid a re scan

at this gestational age gender can be predicted easily
but the sonologist should be expert

y r u so much worried about the gender just feel at peace that tou baby has no anomaly.

1: You should be grateful that no Abnormality was detected in anomaly scan, instead of overthinking about gender.
2: Gender detection depends on position of baby at time of scan. if both thighs are flexed, it's quite possible that examining doctor won't be able to accurately comment on gender.

You can get another scan with an expert sonologist. All organs are formed at age of 12 weeks.
You should pray that whatever the gender of baby is, s/he have good fate and a healthy life.
