Talk to Gynecologist on Primary Infertility

I am a patient of simple virilizing Congenital adrenal hyperplasia and trying for pregnancy for the last one year.. I have a regular cycle of 27-30 days from past 6-7 months.. Egg size was 17.5mm on day 14 of last cycle but my prolactin is moderately high i.e 33.56 ng/ml while LH is slightly high i.e 6.88 mIU/ml. . FSH, Thyroid profile, Estradiol and Testosterone levels are normal while 17OHprogesterone is always high despite of regular medication i.e deltacortril 5mg half twice a day. last result is 68.29 ng/ml in follicular phase.
