Asking for Self, Female, 24 years old, Defence I am 24, married trying to conceive for like 5 months. Got my all hormonal tests done FSH, LH Prolactin thyroid and insulin all within ranges. But Testosterone level is high ranging 73. I need a second opinion about the medication my gynaecologist has prescribed Diane 35 for 3 months My ultrasound is clear ovaries shows no cyst but FOLLICLE SIZES ARE NOT AS GOOD AS THEY SHOULD BE . I just want to know if after how long it will take for my body to conceive after stopping Diane-35. And What should be the other Medicine to treat this hormone and get pregnant at the same time

Around 60 is considered cut off for testosterone. Want to know how many years are you married. Do you have acne , increased facial or body hair growth which may be associated with raised levels . Treatment ll also depend upon symptoms plus your desire to conceive. As Diane 35 is also contraceptive so you won’t be able to conceive while taking this medicine..so after stopping you can conceive . Wats your weight? Need lifestyle modification plus follicle size will depend upon day at which you got your scan done...

Asalamalikum Dr. I am married for like 6 months now. And i dont have any excessive hair growth on my face and Body. I got acne when my periods are about to start and just 1 or 2 breakouts not more than this. My weight is 57 And my Height is 5’4. Dr has prescribed me a course of Diane 35 for like 3 months which i think its alot to wait. My Ultrasound was done On day 13 of my Cycle. i am attaching my ultrasound report please check and let me know about some alternate treatment.

Dun worry you need life style modification plus wait for atleast 1 year for spontaneous conception ...get testosterone level repeated after 3 months..then ll plan accordingly..start taking folic acid

Your follicle size is not bad though 18 mm ll be the best..anyways you shud wait for 1 year before jumping in treatment for conception
