Talk to Gynecologist on Progesterone .

I wanted to know .can you tell by the level of serum progesterone if a person has conceived ? Before positive pregnancy test? We performed coitus on the day of expected ovulation(before a day of ovulation a day after that) before a day of ovulation my dominent follicle was 19.6 mam and took ivf-c shit . I did serum progesterone test on 20th cycle day and it’s 14.46ng/ml. Can some body suggest something ? . I started mild cramping 3days after ovulation and it still comes and goes on and off ,with breast pain all over .but i get breast pain 6,7days before period as well . So I dont understand,I am anxious as well that’s why asking if some can enlighten me if I might be expecting .Inshallah .attaching report as well
