Talk to Gynecologist on Progesterone

salam.my lmp is 25 august and i had done my 12 day of cycle ultrasound which came in small egg size around 10 mm so we werent trying this month but today i took pregnancy test and it came positive but blood bhcg shows low value around 148.8 mIu/L.i have had a misscarriage back in november and history of high prolactin plus hashimotos autoimmune disorder.should i strt taking progesteron as my progeteron is low last time too.ultrasound has to be done around 7 weeks according to dubai hospitals so should i be worried having ectopic pregnancy?or wait for ultrasound..
