Assalam walaikum dear, my wife wants to conceive baby and her All reports are correct so that's why I have done semen test.In semen report sperm count is 70 million but in morphology active 60%, sluggish 10%, dead 30% but puss cells showing 6 to 8 and my urine colour is in yellow colour. infrequent I feel that my urine smells little bit. kindly suggest me.

Get investigated, do urine D/R , and u might need antibiotics but first complete history of symptoms is needed.

A single report with this much pus cells doesn't necessarily mean u r having infection so u need to do urine examination only by using correct method

semen analysis is fine but you r concerned about your urine infection so you need urine report, this is different from semen report... as per this report you just need to increase your water intake and no other medication required
